Matt Garza's No Hitter!

Look how excited Dylan was to get to go to the Rays game...

We took him to the Ray tank...

He got a little scared when the crowd was cheering so loudly because Matt Garza was finishing pitching his almost perfect game.

What a great game to decide to take Dylan to. It was amazing being there!

A Play Date for Dylan

Dylan and I went to spend some time with my friend Cathy and her daughter Cara. Cara is about 7 months older than Dylan. They were so cute together playing and snacking.

And a quick kiss goodbye before heading home...

4th of July Weekend in North Carolina

We went to North Carolina for the 4th of July holiday. It was Dylan's first road trip. It was a long drive up, so we planned to drive through the night so that Dylan could sleep most of the time. He is a tummy sleeper, so after a few hours of sleeping, he became restless. I ended up letting him sleep on my chest most of the way up there as well as the way home. The tradition is to always head to breakfast at Famous Louise's. We had a private room upstairs because we had so many people.

Aunt Samma tried to keep him occupied at the restaurant.

We went hiking...

It was too dangerous to let Dylan roam around and he was getting a little upset, so good thing we had back-up in the van. He had a great time playing in the van while we waited for the rest of the krewe to finish hiking.

We had some fun times in the backyard playing badminton, hanging out, and using a slingshot to shoot water balloons in the air.

A Family photo...

A little walk with Mommy and Daddy...

Dylan wanted to learn how to play badminton too!

We had a great time visiting North Carolina and getting to spend time with family and friends.
